Q – Why should I use Invest Property Maintenance?

A – We provide an excellent professional oven and carpet cleaning service and have a proven track record backing this claim. We work with both residential clients and partner with numerous estate agencies.

Q – Are Invest Property Maintenance fully insured?

A – Yes, we hold full public liability and employees’ liability insurance, so you can have complete peace of mind.

Q – Have you had any cleaning training?

A – Invest Property Maintenance technicians all complete professional carpet and oven cleaning training.

Q – How long does it take to clean my oven/carpet?

A – Please allow an hour and half for professional oven cleaning and an hour per room for professional carpet cleaning. This may be quicker if your property is empty.

Q – How do you clean my carpets?

A – We start by assessing the condition of a carpet. We look for any particularly difficult to remove stains like paint or glue. We then spray those areas with chemicals to make it easier to clean and vacuum the entire carpet. Finally, we use our machine to wash the entire carpet.

Q – How long will it take for my carpet to dry after cleaning?

A – It approximately takes 24 hours. Drying time can be significantly reduced on a hot day and if the windows are left open.

Q – When can I put my furniture back onto the carpet?

A – You can put your furniture back once the carpet has dried, which takes approximately 24 hours after it has been cleaned.

Q – How often does my oven need cleaning professionally?

A – We suggest three times a year for household ovens. Well looked after ovens will live significantly longer than poorly maintained ones.

Q – Can you clean ovens that are classed as self-cleaning?

A – Yes.  A self-cleaning oven can only clean the side panels itself. Unfortunately the bottom of the oven and racks will still need to be professionally cleaned as these are not self cleaning.

Q – Do you clean other oven parts?

A – Yes, we also professionally clean hobs, extractor fans, range cookers and BBQs.

Q – Do you provide oven spares?

A – Yes.  We carry bulbs, filters and some seals.  If we don’t have what you need on the van we are happy to order it for you.

Q – Are there any dangerous fumes involved in the professional cleaning process?

A – No, we use only non-caustic products in your home.

Q – Do you clean the glass oven door?

A – Yes.  We clean the glass of the oven door both inside and out, including between the glass panels where possible.

Q – How long do I have to wait before I can use my oven after it has been cleaned?

A – Right away.  Your oven is ready for use as soon as we leave!

Q – Do I need to be at home when you clean my carpet/oven?

A – You don’t have to be.  Many of our clients are happy leaving us there whilst we professionally clean your home.

Q – What payment methods are accepted by Invest Property Maintenance?

A – We accept all major credit and debit cards (1% debit card and 3% credit card charge applies).  We also accept cash on the day if you would prefer (receipt included).

Q – How much do your cleaning services cost?

A – Prices vary depending on the size or condition of the property/oven.  Services bought together are often subject to an overall reduction.  Please call or email us for a free, no obligation quote.
